2024 CLAAS Liner Center Delivery 2900
Reliable as a clock, clean as a whistleThe CLAAS name stands for professional equipment, from the smallest LINER model to the largest. Equipped with sealed, continuously lubricated rotor housings all CLAAS rakes form clean windrows, with unparalleled terrain following and industry best durability.
Convenient capacity.Cleanly raked windrows come easily with the LINER 2900 / 2800 BUSINESS. It stands out from the rest because of its soil protection, intelligence, and reliability. Find out what it can do for your operation.
Features may include:It couldn't be gentler.Ideal ground protection is assured thanks to the ACTIVE FLOAT rotor suspension. It ensures the rotors follow the ground closely to not skip crop but react to changing ground contours quickly. Adapted from the ACTIVE FLOAT system on select DISCO mowers, ground pressure is adjustable on-the-go using a tractor spool valve. The pressure level is easy to read from the visible gauge so the rake can be set for minimal ash contamination in the raked windrow.
Touch of a button control.Unlocking full capabilities of these LINER BUSINESS models is simple with the CEMIS 10 terminal. It allows the rake to fold in and out of transport position without needing pull-ropes. Functions like individual rotor lift and tine height adjustment (if equipped) can also be carried out from the comfort of the operator seat. Touch button control keeps the operator efficient in and between fields.
Small details make the difference.Perfectly formed windrows are possible in all crop conditions with the standard crop curtain. Integrated into the rotor lift hydraulic circuit, the curtain raises and lowers automatically or can be locked into transport position. This allows for large ground clearance to raked headlands and in-field obstacles.
Customizable swath width. On LINER 2900 and 2800 BUSINESS, rotors ride on a slotted beam that allows infinitely adjustable working and swath widths. Moved simultaneously using the tractor's double-acting spool valve makes fine-tuning possible while moving through the field. Narrow swaths to limit sun exposure and maintain moisture are just as easy to make as wide swaths that maximize airflow for drying.
