2024 CLAAS Liner Side Delivery 800 TWIN
Reliable as a clock, clean as a whistleThe CLAAS name stands for professional equipment, from the smallest LINER model to the largest. Equipped with sealed, continuously lubricated rotor housings all CLAAS rakes form clean windrows, with unparalleled terrain following and industry best durability.
Unlimited flexibility. The LINER 800 TWIM and 700 TWIN are the ideal harvest partners for small and medium-sized farms whose operators want efficiency at a reasonable price. The impressive features of the rakes include their flexible working widths, low power requirements, high operator convenience, and exceptional raking quality. Thanks to their large chassis and low center of gravity, both models are extremely stable on slopes and gentle on the soil in all types of conditions.
Features may include:Lifting high.Even without a separate transport chassis, the LINER 800 TWIN and 700 TWIN lifts cleanly above large windrows when turning on headlands. The LINER 800 TWIN has 21" (550 mm) of ground clearance while the LINER 700 TWIN has 23" (600 mm), making sure the rotors don't drag raked crop throughout the field. In transport mode, the tall clearance gets the machine through field entrances cleanly without damage to the rake teeth.
Securely connected. The LINER 700 TWIN comes equipped with the lemon profile tine arm connection (shown). The tine arm has the predefined bending point like all CLAAS rake tine arms and a simple profile to ensure the arm is installed correctly every time. PROFIX splined tine arm is standard on the LINER 800 TWIN (not shown).
Fine tuning.A large ratchet wrench is mounted to each machine and is sized for each adjustment point. Raking height, rotor angle, and drawbar angle can all be fine-tuned to match the field conditions.
Space saving.Narrow field entrances or tight machine shed storage are easily navigated with the LINER 800 TWIN and 700 TWIN. Locking storage stands securely hold the tine arms after removing from them from the rotor. The machine width is reduced from the standard transport width to a narrow 8' (2.4 m).
